I love nachos. It is one of those appetizers that I order every time we go out to eat. When I think about two of my favorite foods, nachos, and pepperoni pizza, I don’t think it was a far leap to decide to combine the two. With all the deliciousness of nachos, combined with a three cheese pepperoni cheese pizza, one bit of these easy nachos and you will wonder why you never thought of it sooner.
Many times we will decide to make a take out night at home. That means we make some of our favorite take out meals at home. We get to each have something we love, it costs less and is usually a little more nutritious. Even better, for less than the cost of buying the food out, we can have more than we would get if we are ordering out, and we can have it from the comfort of my own living room. Ah, perfection.

- Add Sausage: I love sausage pizza almost as much as I love pepperoni pizza. You can add ground sausage to these Italian nachos as well.
- Cheese: While the three different kinds of cheese send these nachos over the top, you can certainly make these Italian Nachos with different cheese, add other d=cheese, takes some out whatever makes these nachos sounds perfect to you.
- Pepperoni: You can use turkey pepperoni, beef pepperoni, a spiced pepperoni or whatever other kinds of pepperoni you enjoy. That is what makes making these nachos at home because you can make them any way you like them.

If you are looking for simple time-saving ways to make these baked nachos ahead of time, you can assemble these nachos ahead. Follow all of the instructions until putting them in the oven. Personally, I do not like to heat these nachos until it is time to serve them. This helps the chips to stay crisp and the cheese to stay gooey. You can assemble these nachos about an hour to an hour and a half before heating. Another concern is letting the chips get stale before heating. For the best tasting baked nachos, only assemble to nachos about an hour before heating.
Making Pizza Nachos for a Party
If you are making these pizza nachos for a party or get together where you will be traveling with them, do not heat the platter until you are ready to serve. For the best tasting nachos, assemble the nachos at home, wrap them tightly and then heat them right before serving.
How to Store this Easy Nachos Recipe
I have heard mixed reviews about saving these easy nachos after they have cooled. The chips tend to be less crisp once they have cooled and it can be less than desirable when they are reheated. Other people have said they love the way the chips taste once they have cooled and have been reheated. If you would like to store these easy nachos to reheat for later, simply store it in an airtight container, or on the baking sheet, covered well in plastic.
How to Reheat These Pizzas Nachos
If you decided to store these pizza nachos, you will want to reheat them in the oven. This is the best way to get the best taste from your nachos. The cheese will melt again, the pepperoni will reheat and the chips will get slightly crispy again. I do not recommend reheating these pizza nachos in the microwave because it will make the cheese and pepperoni hard while making the chips soggy.

- Corn Tortilla Chips
- Pepperoni
- Monterey Jack Cheese
- Cheddar Cheese
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Parsley
How to Make Three Cheese Pizza Nachos with Pepperoni
- Slightly grease sheet pan and lay corn tortilla chips. Sprinkle Monterey, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Top with pepperoni slices. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese has completely melted and are slightly golden.
- Garnish with dried parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.

- 170 Grams Corn Tortilla Chips
- 200 Grams Pepperoni, 40 slices for this sheet pan*
- 1 Cup Freshly Grated Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 Cup Freshly Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup Freshly Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- Dried Parsley, for garnishing, optional
