  • 1 Large smoked ham bone
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 Stalks celery chopped
  • ¾ C. Chopped carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced garlic
  • ½ tsp. Pepper
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 4-5 C. Water

Instructions

  • Combine all  ingredients in a crockpot.
  • Set the heat to low and cook for 6-8 hours.
  • Remove the ham bone and shred the meat.
  • Add the ham meat back to the Crockpot. Mix and serve.
