Why I love Italian Sauced Farfalle with Shrimp and Spinach?
- This recipe is so flexible in that I can substitute the ingredients I (or others) don’t like. I can also change the spices to achieve a different flavor.
- I don’t have to buy specialty ingredients that may or may not be available at my local supermarket.
- It doesn’t take a lot of prep work to make this dish. All I have to do is rinse and clean the shrimp and spinach.

- Reheating the leftovers isn’t difficult. I can use my microwave or toaster oven.
