This is a recipe that I love because it is easy to make, is economical, and of course, it tastes delicious.
Why is it called Million Dollar Spaghetti?
Depending on the ingredients you choose to make this dish with, it can be expensive. However, I choose to say it is because it tastes like a million dollars.
Have you tried Cottage Cheese?
Yes, there is cottage cheese in this recipe. It is combined with Cream cheese and is also key to the creaminess.
Can I use Ricotta Cheese in the recipe?
You could use Ricotta and Cottage cheese, or you could combine Ricotta and cream cheese. It is up to you which blend works best for you.
Can I use Penne Pasta?
Although it is a rougher type of pasta, it will be able to hold more sauce. The decision is up to you, if you do not have spaghetti noodles, then substitute what you do have.
Can I eliminate the Italian Sausage?
You can leave out the Italian Sausage or you could use another type of Sausage. I prefer the combination that is used in the recipe.
