The combination of beef, peppers, onions, and cheese always makes my mouth water. When the beef is cooked in the slow cooker until it becomes so tender it almost melts in your mouth, you know it is perfect. Adding in the onions and peppers towards the end allows the flavors to blend together.
The best part is that they’re really easy to make. Just add the ingredients to your slow cooker and let it do all the work for you.

This sandwich is so easy to make after searing the meat. You add it to the slow cooker first, let it cook for a few hours, then add the onions and peppers. Place it on a hoagie roll with provolone cheese and you are set.

- Olive oil
- French onion soup
- Beef broth
- Worcestershire sauce
- Dark beer
- Bell pepper sliced
- Onion
- Provolone cheese slices
- Hoagie rolls
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to make Slow Cooker Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches:
Step 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2. Season the roast with salt and pepper, add to the heated skillet, and brown on all sides for 3-4 minutes per side.
Step 3. Add the french onion soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and dark beer to a slow cooker. Stir to combine.
Step 4. Place the meat into the slow cooker and cook on high for 6 hours.
Step 5. Add the chopped onion and pepper to the skillet for the last hour of cook time.
Step 6. Remove the meat, and trim against the grain.
Step 7. add onions and peppers and provolone cheese to hoagie rolls for serving.
The end result was amazing! The beef was cooked to perfection, and the cheese and onions gave the sandwich a delicious flavor.

- 1 Can French onion soup
- 1 C. Beef broth
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ½ C. Dark beer
- 1 Bell pepper sliced
- 1 Onion roughly chopped
- Provolone cheese slices
- Hoagie rolls
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
