Looking for the best Peach Coffee Cake recipe? This coffee crumb cake is perfect when looking for fresh peach recipes. This Fresh Peach Coffee Cake is a dessert all your friends and family will be asking you to make again and again this summer!
I think summer tends to lend itself to healthier eating because salads are in and all the winter food cravings are gone. I find myself spending so much less time in the kitchen this time of year, partly because the kids are home all day every day, partly because it’s just too darn nice outside to be inside cooking, and partly because it’s too hot to have the stove running. But, that said, I’ve been making one exception lately – dessert.
When summer is in full swing, so is all the fresh fruit and vegetables and with those fresh fruits comes juicy peaches. I love desserts made with fresh fruit because they’re sweet but don’t feel nearly as sinful as other desserts, like some rich decadent brownies, for example. Peaches are one of my favorite summer fruits because there’s just so many desserts you can make with them. This Peach Coffee Cake is my latest fresh peach recipes and I must say it was 100% worth a little bit of time inside and having the oven on. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever made a peach dessert that was such a hit. All of the adults had a second helping and when the kids finally came inside, they fell in love too.
