Crispy and delicious Cheesesteak Egg Rolls Taco that are THE perfect appetizer. Delicious 😋😋
If you love egg rolls!! Then you will want to make Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls, Apple Pie Egg Rolls and Nacho Egg Rolls.
They were absolutely delicious and now my hubby raves about it! SO YUMMMMM.
Ingredients:
1 lb thin cut steak or chicken
1 tbsp taco seasoning
12 egg roll wraps
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ onion, diced
½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
½ cup lettuce, shredded
½ cup tomatoes, diced
Cilantro, chopped
Cooking oil
How Do You Make Cheesesteak Egg Roll Taco
Step 1. Cook the steak or chicken in taco seasoning and set aside.
Step 2. At the centre of each wrapper, place 2 tablespoons of meat. Season with salt and pepper, then top with a sprinkle of grated cheese and diced onion. Fold in sides and wrap tightly.
And
Step 3. If deep frying, in pan, preheat oil to 350°F. Fry egg rolls for about 4-5 minutes or until turning golden brown. Remove to paper-towel lined plate.
Step 4. If baking, Preheat oven to 425˚ Grease a baking sheet lightly. Bake rolls for 10-15 minutes or until browned, turning half way through cooking time.
Step 5. Serve with lettuce, tomato, cilantro and salsa.
