The Chicken Broccoli Alfredo stuffed Shells are creamy and delicious. They are easy to make, will quickly become a family favorite, and this recipe can feed a large group of people.

Ingredient Notes & Substitutions
You could use smaller shells, however, the large ones are easier to stuff. You could add in extra broccoli or other vegetables. This is a dish that I would serve with toasted Garlic Bread. You can use the bread to soak up the sauce.
You can also make a homemade Alfredo sauce to replace a jarred sauce. It will, of course, enhance the flavor of your dish even more.

It’s hard to make this healthy thanks to the cheeses. You can switch to a low-fat product. Or, choose to make your own alfredo sauce with less cream in it instead of a store-bought product. That’s also going to help you get more control over the sodium.
Can I use chicken breast for this dish?
You definitely can! If you have chicken at home to cook from scratch, start with that as your first step. You can then slice and dice it. Or, you can slow cook the chicken overnight in a slow cooker so that it is fall-off-the-bone soft.
