This used to be my main go-to when I ate out with the family. The thought of a fried chicken coating on top of a beef patty was so delicious and fascinating to me, I could not order anything else. That is until I figured out how to make this myself. Believe me, it is not difficult to create this tasty dish for your family!
This is actually a dish that has been around for generations. I recall my Grandpa telling us why this was his favorite, and I guess I take after Gramps because I agree.
