This No Bake Cinnamon Toast Crunch Pie is an easy no-bake pie with a crust made with your favorite cereal and a cream center with pudding and whipped topping. So good everyone will be asking for seconds!
My kids and my husband think dessert is something that should happen with each meal. In an attempt to keep everyone happy and also not spend all night baking, I’ve been experimenting with easy dessert recipes, with a focus on easy no-bake pie recipes that don’t require heating up the entire house.
What to Serve with No Bake Pie Recipes
With this No Bake Cinnamon Toast Crunch Pie, I’ve hit a real home run. The family loves it, it’s beyond easy to make and even I find myself wanting to sneak a slice! I love the flavor the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal gives the crust. It’s sweet but not overly so and adds flavor to the dish that a regular graham cracker crust would not.
When it comes to dessert, you need to have a great tasting dinner first. Since this dessert is so easy to make, you will want an easy dinner too. Consider these easy dinner recipes:

Is this an Easy Pie Recipe?
This is such an easy pie recipe. It is made with a simple crust made out of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and butter, which just needs to be frozen before the filling is added. The delicious cream filling is made with pudding mix, milk and whipped topping. Simple ingredients with a soft, creamy texture that’s oh so good.
This no bake pie does require some pre-planning as it needs to refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours before serving, though I like to make it the night before or in the morning for some additional time.
For easier serving, freeze it for 30 minutes just be serving. The slices come out much easier and it’s a lot less messy, especially when the kids are eating it!
How to Store this Cinnamon Dessert
While we love this pie and could eat it all in one sitting, I try really hard to not let the family eat it in one sitting. After we have had some of this delicious cinnamon dessert, it needs to be stored in the refrigerator. If the pie is left out for too long it will spoil. And believe me, you do not want to waste a single bite. After the pie is set, you will want to wrap the pie with plastic or with a pie plate cover. This will help the pie last longer.
How Long Does No Bake Pie Recipes Last
In my house, the problem isn’t eating the no bake pie recipes before they go bad, it is making the pie last. We eat tend to eat the pie so fast, we never have to worry about it going bad. However, if you have more restraint, this pie will last about a week in the refrigerator.
Can Pudding Desserts be Frozen
If you want to make sure you have pudding desserts on hand for any occasion, you can freeze this pie. I like to freeze it for about 30 minutes before serving to make for easy serving. You can freeze the pie for up to 3 months. If you want to be able to serve this pie in individual servings you can cut the pie first and then freeze the pudding desserts. Then you can take individual slices as needed.
