Take this piping hot Italian feast out of the oven, add grated parmesan, black pepper and perhaps even some chopped fresh herbs. Then… buon appetito (as they say in Italy!)

Why do I love this recipe?
Italian recipes, made from scratch, always make an impressive and satisfying dinner. This one is especially good because it combines two classic favorites, chicken alfredo, and lasagna, to make one meal. And there’s no way you’ll have any leftovers because the flavor is phenomenal, also it’s a good twist to a classic alfredo recipe.
How to Serve It:
This dish is best served hot from the oven. You can pair it with a simple green salad if you like, or some steamed or grilled veggies.
Can You Make It Ahead?
You can prepare it in advance and cook it later, if that’s more convenient.
Pair with this Olive Garden salad or breadsticks or garlic bread.

Step 9. Repeat layers of noodles, sauce, and cheese until the ingredients are used up.
Be sure to end with the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
Step 10. Cover the dish with tin foil, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Step 11. Remove the foil, and place the dish under the broiler for a few minutes if desired.
The flavor of this unusual Italian fusion dish is second to none. It’s creamy, cheesy, full of tender lasagna noodles, shredded chicken, and so much more. There really is nothing to love about this, and it freezes wonderfully as well, so why not make twice as much as freeze half in portions?
