You could choose a different type of Pasta, you could swap out the chicken and use Turkey. The spice level is yours to make.

This Cajun Chicken Broccoli Alfredo dish can be served on its own as a complete meal. However, it can also be served with a side salad, garlic bread, or a vegetable side dish to add more variety and nutrition to the meal.
Ingredients:
- Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Olive oil
- Cajun seasoning
- Penne pasta
- Broccoli florets
- Butter unsalted
- Minced garlic
- White cooking wine
- Heavy whipping cream
- Shredded parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to make Cajun Chicken Broccoli Alfredo:
Step 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken breasts.
Step 2. Sprinkle the cajun seasoning as well as salt and pepper taste over the chicken.
Step 3. Saute until completely cooked through. Set aside.
Step 4. Cook the penne pasta in boiling water to your liking, and strain completely.
Step 5. Steam the broccoli until done to your liking.
Step 6. Add the cooked pasta, broccoli, and chicken to a large pot or bowl.
Step 7. In a saucepan over medium heat, add the butter and minced garlic. Saute for 30 seconds.
Step 8. Pour the white cooking wine into the saucepan and cook until the liquid is reduced by half.
Step 9. Whisk the heavy whipping cream into the saucepan and continue to cook until thickened.
Step 10. Add salt and pepper to taste as well as the parmesan cheese to the thickened sauce. Whisk until the cheese is completely melted.
Step 11. Pour the sauce over the chicken, broccoli, and pasta mixture.
Step 12. Toss to combine well.
Step 13. Serve immediately.

Instructions
