Ingredients Needed To Make Chicken Croquettes:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 ½ cup cooked chicken breast, finely chopped
3/4 cup bread crumbs, divided
2 tbsp celery, finely diced
¼ onion, finely diced
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning, divided
1 tbsp butter
½ cup milk
½ cup Italian-style dry bread crumbs, for rolling

How To Make Chicken Croquettes:
Step 1. In a medium bowl, combine 1/3 cup cream of chicken soup, chopped chicken, ½ cup bread crumbs, celery, onion and ¼ tsp poultry seasoning. Mix well.


Step 2. Shape mixture into patties or croquettes. Chill in fridge for an hour.

Step 3. Pour remaining bread crumbs into a bowl. Remove patties/ croquettes from the fridge, and roll in bread crumbs.

Step 4. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add the patties/croquettes, and cook on each side until brown.

Step 5. In a small saucepan over low heat, add remaining soup, milk and 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning. Heat for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot.
Step 6. Serve patties/ croquettes with sauce over the top.
